T-Fal Pot accessory?
I just bought a new TFal pot with a vented glass lid that has a dome shaped strainer looking thingy in it. Does anyone know:
1. What it is?
2. How to use it?
And no it did not come with an owners manual.

The “strainer” is only about 1 cup in size and opens radially from the top

It can be used to strain things or to put meat in. Like to put the veg in the pot and then the meat goes in the sieve thing and this means that it cooks really tenderly.
